DIET UPDATE :: seeing Dr. Natalie later this morning, so I have yet to get any incite on if anything is going to change but likely it will be the same. as things don’t change much here on out until I’ve lost most all my weight. What I can tell you is this week I pick-up my pants on water consumption and I nailed it this week. Including my full 3 liters late into last night, and it’s who I have to thank for my midnight bathroom visit. Three cheers for the small things people, it’s what matters most.
