We’re back at it people, it’s 2014 and we have tackled yet another bake-off. Once again I have taken one for the team with a Snack Mix that will not only put you in a coma I am sure of it, but it will be the perfect mix to make for this upcoming Sunday football game I am hearing so much hype about. What is it anyways, seriously people it JUST a football game {only half kidding}. Anyways, this dish will not only please the super-bowler in everyone, but also the toddlers who are getting dragged along into the game. Hey — this could be some good bribing material people?! #justsayin
And for those of you who have missed the boat on this Bake-Off I am speaking of, here is what you missed. Last month we made a Cheeseball that could literally have you begging for seconds and a Apple Strudel that literally oozed butter tears; tears of joy obviously!

Cracker Snack Mix {original recipe here}
2 cups Pretzel Sticks
1 cup Fish Crackers
1 cup Wheat Thins
1 cup Cheese Nips
3/4 cup Cashews
2 cups Popcorn
1/2 cup Butter | melted
1/2 envelope Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the first 5 items {hold off on the popcorn just yet}.
Microwave your butter until melted and add your Ranch Salad Dressing Mix.
Add almost all the butter to the large bowl, reserving about 2 tbsp, and toss to coat. If you don’t mind getting your hands dirty then this is the time, mix away baby — and lick your fingers after!
Toss the remaining butter with the popcorn and set aside.
Put your mix on your cookie sheets, hopefully not over top of one another, and put in the oven for 45 minutes, tossing around every 15 minutes. On the last 15 minutes spread your popcorn on top to ensure you don’t burn.
