A girl can’t workout in her living room, blinds closed, baby running amuck, without making a list of Workout Songs can she? The answer is no. HELL NO! It’s why I making myself accountable, and sharing with you all my TOP 7 WORKOUT SONGS that are getting me through these 30 minute sweat-sessions!
My mornings this week have looked something like this:
- cartoons on
- feed children
- dress children
- dress myself (workout clothes and hat)
- out the door for school drop-off
- home to feed the always hungry baby a snack
- setup now full baby with edible playdough
- open YouTube on TV
- find POPSUGAR Fitness; choose routine
- turn on music and MOVE!
Anyone else attempting to be more active in 2018? Nothing makes me move more than GOOD MUSIC! It’s why this list of Workout Songs are so important for me. I’d love to hear what is on your playlist!

awesome, I dont have a play list yet haha :/ but I always have the radio on or I’ll listen to slacker 90’s that really gets me moving or more in the mood
