Simple is sometimes best. Let me paint you a picture. You’re running late, you’re makeup-less, your hair resembles Medusa on a bad day, the babes morning petition is clothing is the devil and you need to put a cohesive outfit together. Simple is key. On days like this I always reach for a pair of my favorite jeans; if I have to be rushed I will at least feels my best. Then I reach for an easy shirt, something with style as I know I’m going to lack in the thought department. Run to my accessories and choose silver or gold based on my mood, my necklace should make a statement as I know it will be the centre of my outfit, I grab an everyday diamond stud, pair it with a basic bracelet and then onto tackling my babe who mysteriously is allergic to cotton.

A statement necklace in my eyes is key: something that gives style to a rather basic look.
