We would like to take you on an official Garden Tour!
When we started our garden 6 or 7 years ago, we started small. We did not want to overwhelme ourselves right out the gate and we wanted to ensure we were successful. Nothing worst than dedicating yourself each day to nurturing something to only have it fail you. Am I right?
Our garden is now filled with many garden staples like Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Peas and Beans but also has some unique items too. We’re trying this year for the first time to grow Watermelon. We’ve also thrown in some White Pumpkins and the most unique thing we have has got to be the White Strawberry that tastes like Pineapple.
NO KIDDING! We have about half a dozen hula berry plants mixed in with our Strawberries. They’re a white berry with red seeds that look identical to a Strawberry but taste like Pineapple. They’re about the coolest thing we grow and I can’t wait to update you on their progress through out the season.
Let me know if you like these Garden Tours, I would gladly keep them up through out the year.

You are seriously living my gardening goals right now. We just moved into our first home last year. Our backyard wasn’t really garden friendly and we have been redoing the landscaping this year. I’ve mostly just been doing some indoor herb gardening for the time being. But I think next year is going to be the year of the garden!
Oh you just must! Epsecially if you crave to garden! You’ll be a natural. Start small. Maybe do a container garden for the next few years while you get your backyard under control ๐ Then take all your new gardening skills to some raised beds in a few years ๐
Congrats on your successful garden! I couldn’t imagine having a garden for that long without killing something by mistake. Also, stawberries that taste like pineapples?? That is so cool!
Ha! We’ve killed things. At least 1 thing a season… but it’s okay! The strawberries are completly mind blowing!
I love your garden. My boy’s family also have a little garden at their backyard. Thanks for sharing.
We love gardening, especially as a family!
I’d love to have my own garden and grow my own fruit and vegetables! You’re really lucky! Hope you’ll do well with watermelons. ๐
If you can’t have a big garden, try container gardening, it’s just as lovely and fixes the need to get your hands dirty in the SPring and Summer! Thanks so much, I hope they do well too!
What a beautiful garden! I wish I had a green thumb. I can’t even keep a cactus alive ๐
