Am I the only one who finds their face buried in a brown paper bag this morning, while I wait for Targets doors to open?!
Holy crap! Canada gets their first taste of what a real affordable fashion colab feels like. To be perfectly honest, this is why I was so accepting of Target moving into Canadian territories. Not for the furniture, not for the groceries, not even for the crazy electronics sales that go on through out the year; nope none of those things, I simply wanted Target here for the fashion colabs.
I am a fashion driven woman, but by no means does this mean that I have a closet filled with chanel or gucci. I follow trends and love attending fashion shows, this does not mean I spend infinite amounts of money on designer clothing. What it mean is I appreciate style, I crave playing in my closet, and I love feeling good on the outside as I do on the inside. This is what fashion does for me.
I will no doubt be at Target this morning for 8am when the doors open, I may have to get in line with the rest of them, but I will gladly wait to get my hands on a piece of history; a piece of fashion history. For today Target brings me Phillip Lim, I designer I would likely never be able to afford, a designer I respect. For at around 9am, I hope to be walking out the doors of Target, with a grin from ear to ear, and a bag within a bag. Fingers are crossed I don’t need to pull any hair to get my hands on a 3.1 Phillip Lim Bag.
DID YOU KNOW that their will be pieces of the 3.1 Phillip Lim line available ONLY online? Check them out here and get them while you can.
Are you going this morning? What do you have your eyes set on?
