Did you know it’s National Snack Food Month? ME NEITHER!
Considering we’ve only got 8 days left in February, 74 hours for those who prefer more detailed planning, we’d better get to snacking.
What better way to celebrate National Snack Food Month than by showcasing some of the Best Snack Foods I’ve made and 100% of the time overindulged in. Snack Foods are my weakness, my reward at the end of a busy day, a hard day, a stressful day, a great day. YEAH! Yeah! I know, I just pretty much painted a picture of an emotional eater. I’m over it! Are you there yet? GREAT, time to move on…
Not all Snack Foods have to be sweet, nor do they have to be bad for you, but let’s be honest, all the Best Snack Foods are. They’re either sugary sweet, jaw-clenching sour or savory and salty. The list I’ve compiled today will check off all the boxes, every snacker will find something they love. Nobody like a procrastinator, so here it goes…
The Best Snack Foods EVER (that I’ve made);
- Graham Crackers (better than store bought)
- Double Chocolate Cookies (made with a secret healthy ingredient)
- Pumpkin Spice Chex Mix
- Chewy Granola Bars (the mother of all bars)
- Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies
- Puff-io Squares
If you only have time for one, and wonder “what would Tairalyn make” it’s a no-brainer really. Hands down the Best Snack Foods winner here is the Double Trouble Chocolate Cookies. Can you believe what they’re made of? It’s a good day when you find a decently healthy cookie. Am I right?
