As a diet culture drop-out, it’s liberating to think never again will I be on a diet that stems from a need to look differently. Disconnecting words like healthy and skinny has been tough for me, but with each day it gets easier. I got things started here.
Breville Juice Fountain Cold Giveaway below!
The last 5 months I’ve really struggled with finding a new groove. Eating intuitively and getting in my greens without feeling as if I’m slipping back into the rabbit hole. Someone who has been dieting their whole life it’s difficult not to connect healthy eating with counting calories and seeing a smaller number on the scale. These things for me go hand-in-hand.
However, you know what does make it easier? A support system. I’m very lucky to have so many people in my life that are there to help. That are on the same journey and people that I can relate to. Above all this makes things so much easier.
A great friend of mine, Salma, she is on a similar journey, learning to be accepting and appreciative of her body. She’s now a certified personal training (so proud of her!) bringing life to the hashtag #strongernotthinner. She’s amazing! If I needed anyone on my side of the court these days, it’s her!
She and I got together in hopes to find a green juice the whole family could enjoy. Happy to report WE DID IT! Not only are we sharing the recipe, but we’re GIVING A BREVILLE JUICE FOUNTAIN COLD AWAY!
So let’s dive in if we can; 4 reasons why the Breville Juice Fountain Cold is the only juicer you’ll ever need for your family!
- Cold Juice Extraction
- Easy to clean
- Almost ZERO prep time
- Dishwasher Safe
COLD JUICE EXTRACTION
Breville’s Innovative Cold Spin Technology allows the juice to be extracted in a way that avoids any damage to the juices natural vitamins and minterals. If you’re going to go to the length of making your own juices, you might as well be doing it in the smartest way possible. We all know just how difficult it is to get veggies into out kids and ourselves for that matter. Make it count!
EASY CLEAN & DISHWASHER SAFE
Who would’ve thought a Juicer would be EASY TO CLEAN. Thanks to Breville they have made the Juice Fountain Cold almost all Dishwasher safe. And those items that are not are so easy to clean. From start to finish, it took me 4 minutes to clean the machine after making our family-friendly Green Juice. And this included a little dance break to the Jonas Brothers. SUCKER!
NO PREP TIME
So many people think juicing takes a lot of time. It does in other machines that have a small chute. The Breville Juice Fountain Cold has a chute that can fit a whole apple AS IS. Absolutely no prep work needed! You can literally have juice almost as fast as shelf bought from the fridge. I’m not kidding you.
And now it’s time! Time for us to spoil one of you with your very own Juice Fountain Cold. Breville has so graciously offered to give one of our readers a chance at winning one of their own. The giveaway is open to Canadian residents and will run now until May 27th, 2019 at midnight.
Good Luck EVERYONE!
